Bruce went "Camping"!
Bruce was so excited when we took him to Kenny and Patsy's land. It is only a 45 minute drive but it is so beautiful it feels like another world. Papa gave Bruce a tour of his giant tent and camper. He also let Bruce take a ride on his big red tractor! We ended the day with Bruce roasting his first marshmallow on a campfire. Yum!

I'm the luckiest mommy AND daughter in the world! Happy Mother's Day to all of you wonderful mothers!
On Saturday, Bruce and Peter spoiled me with a beautiful Mother's Day brunch. On Sunday, Grandma, Bruce and I went to a PJ Mother's Day story time. I had a wonderful weekend!

Going Coo Coo at CooCoos!
I recently purchased a Groupon for a new bounce house play area called CooCoos. My mother and I decided to load up the cousins for a fun filled morning. We all had a great time but we're exhausted by the end!

Bye Bye Pacifiers, Hello Big Boy
About a month ago, I took Bruce to Build-A-Bear Workshop and explained to him that this is where we get to go after he gives up his pacifiers. I told him other babies will need his pacifiers now that he is a big boy. At the time, he looked at me like I was crazy. This morning as I gathered up items for Goodwill, Bruce mentioned giving his pacifiers to the babies. I took this idea and ran with it! We put all his pacifiers in a little bag and drove to the Goodwill drop off. I got him out of the car so he could personally hand over his pacifiers. I then went back to the attendant so he could discreetly put them back in my purse! Anyway, Bruce was very proud of himself! I'm sure the Goodwill attendant thought we were nuts. Then we took off for the mall and Build-A-Bear Workshop. As you can see, we adopted a blue bear with a Spiderman outfit and named him Spidey Bear. Hopefully, we won't have too many sleepless nights!
