We Met a Fireman!
Peter took Bruce and I out for a nice pizza lunch. As we were leaving, Peter noticed a fire truck parked in a near by lot. Of course, we had to take a look. Bruce loves his fire truck books and toys so he was very excited to explore. Fireman Albert even let Bruce sit in the front and push every switch and button!

Spot the Dog!
Bruce and I had a Friday night date at our local Barnes and Noble. They had a wonderful story time ending with a visit from Spot the Dog! Bruce and I have probably read every Spot book ever written. So when Spot made his appearance, Bruce screamed with excitement! Yes, Bruce met his first celebrity. Of course, he insisted on wearing his blue hat for the Spot pictures. I guess you gotta look your best for these important moments!
