Bruce had a wonderful birthday party this weekend. He loved being with his family and got so many great toys, books and clothes. However, we were shocked that he was not the least bit interested in eating his cake! Our little guy must not have a sweet tooth!

1. You now have 3 teeth and many more on the way!
2. You LOVE to point. Your favorite things to point at are ceiling fans, planes, the moon and balls.
3. You crawl super fast, pull-up, cruise and stand unassisted for about 10 seconds.
4. You adore books. You have a paticular fondness for books with numbers and counting. You can now pick out the books you want read to you. I'll show you 2 books and you smile and point at the one you want to read.
5. Like your daddy, you are a music hound. You like nothing more than sitting in the car listening to your favorite tunes.
6. You enjoy big, bear hugs. However, we have to be quick because once you get your hug you are off!
8. You have cute little curls on the back of your head. However, you are still rather bare on top and in front!
9. Your favorite words and sounds are dada, mama, and baba.
10. You laugh all the time. Sometimes you laugh yourself awake in the morning!
11. You still love baths and water. You could chill in the tub forever if we let you.
12. You now get a little bashful when you meet a stranger. You duck your head, close your eyes, and turn red for a few seconds. However, a moment later you usually give them a big smile.

Bruce woke up from his afternoon nap laughing. He must of been having very sweet dreams! Watch this video if you want to smile.
Peter, Bruce and I enjoyed a Sunday morning hanging by the pool. Our gracious next door neighbors offered the use of their pool while they were out of town. Bruce had a blast splashing and kicking while mommy and daddy carried him along. He had so much fun that he cried when we had to leave!
Well, it's finally here! Bruce now has one very cute tooth. I took this picture this morning. If you look close, you can see it on his top right.
